Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Eligible for Return

• Unused, unopened items in original packaging
• Defective or damaged products
• Items received in error
• Products not matching description

Not Eligible for Return

• Items used or installed
• Items without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
